Assistant Director of Business Development

Somerville Inc. seeks candidate with a minimum of 3 years marketing / sales experience in the architectural / engineering or construction / construction materials industries. Individual shall be responsible for seeking out business opportunities for the firm, spending the majority of time outside the organization identifying, soliciting and securing potential clients and projects. Candidate will report to the Vice President of Business Development and work in close association with the Marketing Coordinator to develop and manage the corporate marketing plan and sales efforts. Candidate must have good writing and speaking skills, an extrovert personality and possessing a self-motivational work ethic. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred. Salary and incentives commensurate with experience.
