Architects and Engineers helped to pass the Abbotsford School District Referendum 664 to 289. The $12 million referendum has been utilized to renovate the middle/senior high school and add an elementary section. In addition, the community will gained a fitness/wellness center and a performing arts area.       **Fox Valley Technical College Waupaca   Waupaca Regional Center     Waupaca, Wisconsin     The new Waupaca Regional Center Campus of Fox Valley Technical College is the result of meaningful partnerships between the FVTC Foundation, Inc., community organizers and donors interested in advancing technical education, workforce training, and economic development in the Waupaca region.
