Heather knows how to make a first impression. Heck, she knows how to make a second and third impression, too.
It is, after all, what she does as the person responsible for shepherding Somerville’s marketing efforts. If you’ve attended a Somerville presentation, read an article about Somerville, or have seen a Somerville ad, proposal or brochure, chances are, you’re familiar with Heather’s work.
In expressing the Somerville brand, Heather believes it’s crucial to convey the strong relationships the firm develops with its clients and the lengths employees will go to in adding value to those relationships—from attending after-hours meetings on funding referenda to going the extra mile to provide the most complete construction documents possible to reduce issues during construction.
Of course, Heather knows something about extra effort herself, working and participating in community organizations, serving on local civic boards and committees and social groups. Apparently, she also believes in leaving lasting impressions.
