The new maintenance building is equipped with a 5-bay unheated garage, a 3-bay heated garage, office space, woodworking / carpentry space, a locker room, toilet, and shower rooms, break room and storage space.

Significant site development and entrance/circulation asphalt roadwork, including parking areas for vehicles, trailers and motor homes, pedestrian and bicycle paths were created. A 50-site family campground (30 RV campsites equipped with electrical service, and 20 standard campsites) was created, and a 1,600 SF public toilet and shower building was added. Additionally, vault toilets and drinking fountains were added throughout the campsites.

Overall, each building was designed to complement the rustic, natural environment while incorporating sustainable design for energy and natural resource conservation.
