Ashwaubenon Boardwalk Office Building

This five-story, 75,000 SF office building was designed to maximize its exposure to the Fox River riverfront, which is just steps from its back door. The abundance of high performance windows allows natural light to wash through the interior without affecting the building’s interior environment. The aesthetically pleasing exterior, made up of brick and limestone, ensures longevity and low maintenance.  The building also boasts underground parking for 26 vehicles and an enclosed mechanical and electrical penthouse which was integrated with the building’s architecture. The mechanical and electrical systems were designed to be efficient yet flexible for multiple tenants and space requirements.
